Shipping Policy

Orders will generally be shipped within one (1) - two (2) business days after receipt of full payment and depending on availability of goods. We don't guarantee to ship the order on the same day.

Currently, we only ship orders to USA domestic and Canada.

We ship all orders with UPS, unless other arrangements have been made. A single order may not be shipped to multiple shipping addresses. Please note that shipping & handle fees are non-refundable.

If customer requests trucking shipping method, we can quote you an estimated freight cost from trucking company. Freight charge will be marked as "Collect" on trucking company's Bill of Lading (Customer will pay freight charge when trucking company delivers the shipment.) If customer refuses the shipment and it is returned to us, we will deduct both ways freight charges and impose 30% restocking fee on order total amount.

We are a wholesaler, and we ONLY sell to re-sellers not end users.

For customer's first order, we required customer provide their business document (business license or Reseller permit). We only ship the order to customer's business address which is verified with customer's business document. NO EXCEPTION. All California customers must submit their CA resell permit and CA resales certificate before we process their first order as well.

If customer refuses the order and shipping carrier returns the shipment to us, we will deduct both ways shipping fee from refund, and we will impose a 30% restocking fee as well.
