Typographical Errors
In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Fashion Emporio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Fashion Emporio reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Fashion Emporio shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Liability

Fashion Emporio shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.

Account

Fashion Emporio is a wholesale company not for public, so Fashion Emporio requires customers to provide business documents for proof. Fashion Emporio will not process order(s) before we verify customer's documents. Fashion Emporio reserves the right to terminate or disable customer's account without further notice.

Price

All prices are subject to change without further notice. Fashion Emporio reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

Orders

Fashion Emporio reserves the right to not accepting/ fulfilling order(s) due to fraud detection. Meanwhile, Fashion Emporio will disable customer's account until customer confirms order's authorization.

Freight charge

Please note that order's shipping fee/ freight charge is non-refundable. If customer refuses the order and shipping carrier returns to Fashion Emporio, Fashion Emporio will deduct both ways freight charge from refund amount. Customer is fully responsible for trucking freight charge if freight charge marks "collect" on Bill of Lading.
